1. Provider

2. Who can join
GymAlinar is a women-only gym. Members must be over 16; the Junior package is for girls aged 13 to 16 with written consent from a parent or guardian.
The Student package requires a valid student ID or certificate, which staff may ask to see at each payment.
3. Registration and approval
Online registration is a membership request. Membership starts once staff approve the request and record payment at the front desk. Members must give accurate details and tell us when their phone number or email changes.
4. Packages, prices and payment
Current prices and package lengths are published on the Pricing page, in convertible marks (KM), all taxes included. Fees are paid in advance, in cash or by card at the desk, and a fiscal receipt is issued for every payment.
A membership runs from the start date to the end date shown in the member's account. Unused days do not carry over, and memberships cannot be transferred. A member may freeze her membership on request, at the desk or via info@gymalinar.ba; the end date is extended by the frozen days.
5. Refunds and complaints
Paid fees are non-refundable, except when the service is not provided because of a GymAlinar management decision (e.g. a closure); the member is then refunded a proportional amount for the days not provided.
Complaints can be made at the desk or in writing to info@gymalinar.ba. We reply in writing within 8 days, in line with the BiH Consumer Protection Law. Your statutory consumer rights remain fully protected.
6. Health and liability
Members train at their own risk and confirm they have no health condition preventing physical activity. With chronic illness, pregnancy or recovery from injury we recommend consulting a doctor first.
GymAlinar is not liable for injuries caused by improper use of equipment or by ignoring staff instructions and the Gym Rules, nor for items lost or left outside a locked locker. This does not exclude GymAlinar's liability for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, under the Law on Obligations.
Members are liable for damage they cause to equipment or premises intentionally or through negligence.
7. Conduct and exclusion
Members must follow the Gym Rules. For serious or repeated breaches GymAlinar may temporarily or permanently refuse entry, without refunding the fee for the period of the ban where the member is at fault.
8. Personal data
We process personal data under our Privacy Policy and the BiH Law on Personal Data Protection.
9. Changes
We may change these terms; the new version is published on this page with its effective date. Changes do not affect memberships already paid until they expire.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Federation of BiH. We aim to settle disputes amicably; otherwise the courts in Sarajevo have jurisdiction, without prejudice to a consumer's right to contact consumer protection bodies.
