1. Data controller

2. What we process

First and last name, phone number, email, membership card number, chosen package, membership dates, payments (amount, date, method) and visit records (card scans at entry). We do not collect members' date of birth or photos, apart from viewing proof of age for Junior and of student status.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We use the data to run memberships, control entry, record payments, meet accounting obligations and contact you about your membership. The basis is the membership contract, legal obligations and, where needed, your consent.

We never sell your data or use it for marketing without your separate consent.

4. Who has access

Only authorised GymAlinar staff. Data is stored with a trusted hosting provider over encrypted connections with access control; each member sees only her own data and staff changes are logged.

5. How long we keep it

Membership data is kept while you are a member and for up to 2 years after your last membership ends; payment records for as long as accounting rules require. After that it is deleted or anonymised.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, restrict processing, object, and withdraw consent. Send requests to info@gymalinar.ba; we reply within the legal deadline.

If you believe your rights were violated, you can complain to the Personal Data Protection Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina (azlp.ba).

7. Cookies

The site uses only essential cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in. We use no advertising cookies.
